For those who are looking to add pops of colour to their grand opening, our luxurious flower arrangements will do the trick. We even have flowers to express your deepest condolences to those grieving.

Step 5: Make your payment. You’ll then receive an order confirmation via email with an order number e.g. #3000

Reach out to us via the contact page or WhatsApp (+6014 9134145) and we'll help create an arrangement of your dreams! Kindly place your order at least 1 week in advance.
Please note that the flowers are subject to availability. Thus, some flowers may be substituted accordingly.
Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:00PM. If you have placed an order beyond the stated time, you’ll only be able to select tomorrow’s date as the earliest delivery date.
Please note that only certain products are available for same-day delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is out for delivery and also when the order is delivered. Tracking can also be done via the tracking page, however, real-time tracking is not available at the moment.
Yes, but for delivery address and card message only. You must inform us at least 2 days before the delivery date by contacting us via WhatsApp (+60149134145) with your new order details. We will do our best to accommodate.
During peak periods e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc., we may not be able to accept your request for order changes.
Unfortunately, no as we don't have ready stocks available. Each arrangement is made to order to ensure the flowers are in the best quality when delivered.
Don’t panic. You could try refreshing the page and try placing the order again. If you're still unable to checkout, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+6014 9134145) so we can place the order on your behalf.
Delivery
Luna Floral Atelier provides delivery services to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) areas only. There is an additional surcharge for certain far-off locations based on your delivery area, which will be automatically shown during checkout.
Our standard delivery hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.
You may request for a specific delivery time* but there's no guarantee. Our team will do our best to accommodate. e.g."Sarah Lee - order #3011: Please deliver my flowers at 2pm."
Yes, but for landed properties, shop lots or easily-accessed properties only. For guarded office buildings, condominiums or in some cases, when the guards don't allow riders/drivers in, we may have to request the recipient to collect the order themselves.
Yes! We understand that the surprise element is highly prioritised. So, please provide the rider/driver with your contact number. This way, the rider will contact you instead of the recipient once they reach the destination. Please make sure to stay alert in case the rider contacts you to avoid delivery delay.
We understand how frustrating this is and we truly apologise for the inconvenience. Late deliveries may be caused by unforeseen situations such as bad weather, heavy traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown, etc.
Our dispatcher would immediately inform the person in charge to arrange for another dispatcher to take over their deliveries if the unforeseen situations mentioned above happen. Please note that this transition takes time, therefore we seek your understanding and patience.
Self-collection
Yes, but self-collection is available on an appointment-only basis. You are required to contact our team to schedule an appointment to ensure that your order will be prepared accordingly. Please note that self-collection does NOT apply to orders placed through our website.
Monday - Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t want to use a credit card, you can also opt for online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets (GrabPay, TouchNGo, and etc.).
We work with iPay88 to make shopping online safe, which all card details will be stored securely. No credit card information is held by us or accessible to us.
